Paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok. As a performance marketing agency, we run the campaigns, sweat the numbers, and can build the creative too if you need it.
Every account runs on a weekly testing cadence: new creative variants in market, a 7-day rolling read on performance, and a 2x ROAS floor before a winner gets more budget. Losers get cut before they burn another week.

We run campaigns on the channels where your customers actually spend time, tuned to how each platform really works. Store owners can start with Calgary ecommerce and DTC. Search-intent businesses can start with Calgary Google Ads management.

The Process
How we work.
No 90-day "strategy phases." We audit, plan, ship, and start learning from live data fast, then compound what's working.
01
Audit
A close look at your ad accounts, pixel health, creative library, and funnel before we touch a dollar.
02
Strategy
Channel mix, budget split, audiences, and creative brief. Grounded in your margin math, not platform defaults.
03
Launch
Campaigns built clean. Naming conventions, conversion API, UTM hygiene, and enough creative variance to actually learn.
04
Scale
Double down on winners, retire losers, push budget into the variants that are actually compounding.
05
Optimise
Weekly creative refresh, landing page testing, and bid strategy iteration. The work that keeps accounts from stalling.

FAQ
Questions we get asked.
It depends on the channel. Google Ads has a floor, because below it the management fee eats too much of the budget and Smart Bidding has nothing to learn from. Meta needs enough to fund prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike layers at once. Those are ad spend floors, not our fee, and we will tell you on the call whether your budget clears them. The retainer is a flat monthly number quoted per program, and on a quick call we will tell you honestly whether paid media is the right channel for you right now.
First creative in-market within 10 business days of kickoff. Audit and strategy happen in week one; build and launch in week two. We don't believe in a 90-day onboarding.
Either works. We have an in-house team that does scripts, editing, motion, and UGC sourcing, but plenty of clients come to us with their own creative and just want us running the media. Whatever fits your setup. More on where this is heading: How AI is reshaping ad creative in 2026.
No. Everything is month to month. If we're not earning it, you shouldn't be paying for it.
A strategist, a media buyer, a creative lead, and an editor. All named, all reachable. You'll know who is pressing which buttons.
We read on a 7-day rolling window, not single days. One bad day is noise. A creative that's still below the ROAS floor after a full week gets cut, and the budget moves to whatever's working.
Enough that the algorithm actually has something to learn from. A single ad guessing at what works isn't a test, we run real variance across hooks, angles, and formats until a pattern shows up.
ROAS, CPA, and contribution to revenue. CTR and CPM get tracked to diagnose problems, not to report wins. Good clicks with a bad ROAS is a problem, not a highlight.
A flat monthly number, quoted after the audit, separate from spend. The fee does not move when your budget moves, which means nobody has an incentive to talk you into more spend than the account can absorb. The common alternative is a percentage of ad spend, usually 10% to 20%. It looks fair and it inverts the incentive: the agency gets paid more for spending more, and less for finding the efficiency that lets you spend less. It also means your bill jumps in your busiest month, when you needed the cash for inventory. Hourly works for a one-time audit or a build, and falls apart as an ongoing arrangement, because the value is in the weekly loop and nobody wants to log hours against a 20 minute search term cleanup.
Ask who owns the ad account and the billing profile, and make sure the answer is you. Ask what they would change in week one based on what they can already see. Ask who works on your account by name and how many other accounts that person has. Ask what the contract length is and what happens to the account if you leave, where month to month is the honest default: a twelve month lock on a service that should demonstrate its process inside 60 days is protecting the agency. Two answers should end the conversation. Anyone guaranteeing a specific multiple is about to take your money, and anyone who wants to keep you out of your own Meta Business Manager, Google Ads account or GA4 property should be walked away from. Those accounts are yours.
Four things, over and over, in audits of managed accounts. The conversion action is wrong, counting page views or unanswered phone clicks, so every number is inflated and the bidding is optimising toward noise. Performance Max is running unsupervised, spending on brand searches you would have won for free without exclusions or separate asset groups. The negative keyword list stopped growing, which means nobody has opened the search terms report in months. And the reporting is a vanity slide, where impressions and CTR go up and to the right but nothing connects spend to a number your accountant recognises.
