Account Manager

Full-Time Remote / London Client Services

Own the day-to-day relationship with 3-5 brand accounts. You'll be the bridge between our creative and performance teams and the client, managing timelines, budgets, and expectations while keeping projects moving at pace.

Required
  • 3+ years in agency account management or client services
  • Track record of managing multiple brand accounts at once
  • Comfortable holding clients and internal teams to deadlines
  • Confident running weekly status calls and monthly reviews
  • Based in or able to work London hours
Nice to have
  • Experience with DTC or e-commerce brands
  • Familiarity with paid media reporting (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Project management tooling fluency (Asana, Notion, ClickUp)

Client Services Director

Full-Time Remote / Calgary Leadership

Lead our client services function across North America. You'll set the standard for how we onboard, retain, and grow accounts, building repeatable processes while staying close enough to the work to spot problems before clients do.

Required
  • 7+ years in agency client services, with 3+ in a leadership role
  • Experience managing a team of account managers
  • Track record of growing client accounts year over year
  • Comfortable with commercial conversations and scoping new work
  • Strong written and verbal communication
Nice to have
  • Experience scaling a client services team from 3 to 10+
  • Background across creative, performance, or production
  • Familiarity with DTC, B2B SaaS, or regulated brand categories

Support the account team with scheduling, asset delivery, status reports, and client comms. Perfect for someone 1-2 years into their career who's organised, proactive, and wants to learn the agency side fast.

Required
  • 1-2 years in a client-facing or operations role
  • Strong organisational and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with shared docs, task trackers, and calendar tetris
  • Willing to own small tasks completely before asking for the next one
Nice to have
  • Marketing, advertising, or agency exposure
  • Basic familiarity with Asana, Notion, Slack, or Google Workspace
  • Interest in creative or performance marketing as a career path
