- CalgaryThe studio is in Calgary and the team works from it. Remote is open for the Creative Developer where the Mountain Time overlap is genuine.
- Reporting
- Direct to the foundersNo account layer between you and the decision, on either role. The people who interview you are the people you work with.
- Compensation
- Published on each roleEvery open role carries its band on its own page. Nobody invests time in a process without knowing the number.
- Team
- Senior on every briefThere is no junior tier the work gets handed down to. What you produce is attributed to you, internally and in the portfolio.

A scoped piece of real work, paid at your rate, before either side commits. We do not ask for unpaid test work.
