## The details.

**Location**

Calgary The studio is in Calgary and the team works from it. Remote is open for the Creative Developer where the Mountain Time overlap is genuine.

**Reporting**

Direct to the founders No account layer between you and the decision, on either role. The people who interview you are the people you work with.

**Compensation**

Published on each role Every open role carries its band on its own page. Nobody invests time in a process without knowing the number.

**Team**

Senior on every brief There is no junior tier the work gets handed down to. What you produce is attributed to you, internally and in the portfolio.

  A portfolio or repository rather than a cover letter. Each role specifies exactly what to send.

  ### A working call

  45 minutes with the founders, spent on the work you submitted.
3. 03

  ### A paid engagement

  A scoped piece of real work, paid at your rate, before either side commits. We do not ask for unpaid test work.
