Questions we get asked.

Do I have to pay for the creators on top of your fee?
Yes. Creator fees are passed through at cost. Our retainer covers the work to source, brief, manage, and report. We don't mark up creator pay, and you see what each creator was paid.
Can I use the content in our paid ads?
Yes. We negotiate usage rights up front so the content can run as paid ads, on your owned channels, or get whitelisted from the creator's handle. Length of usage is part of every contract.
How do you measure if a campaign actually worked?
It depends on the goal. Awareness campaigns get reach, view-through, and audience growth. Performance campaigns get tracked links, promo codes, and attributed conversions. We agree on the metrics in the brief, not after.
Do you only work with big creators?
No. Most campaigns we run lean on micro and mid-tier creators. Big names can move the needle for awareness moments, but it's rarely the most efficient way to drive sales.
What happens if a creator we approve underperforms?
It's part of the job. We track every collab, learn what worked and what didn't, and adjust the next round. Performance is a portfolio. Our job is to keep tilting the portfolio in your favor.
