Meridian15 is a creative and performance marketing agency based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Meridian15 and its team. Our website is fifteenthmeridian.com.
2. Information We Process
Contact information you submit: When you use a contact or audit form, or email us, we process the fields you choose to provide. These may include your name, email address, phone number, company, website, service interests, budget, and message.
Current-page campaign parameters: If the page URL contains UTM parameters or a gclid value, a contact form may include those values with your submission. The website does not persist them in a first-party cookie or other browser storage.
Service delivery data: Our hosting and form infrastructure may process connection data needed to deliver the website, protect it, and transmit your form submission.
3. How We Use Information
We use submitted and service delivery information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate about our services
- Prepare requested audits, proposals, or project recommendations
- Operate, secure, and maintain the website and form service

4. Cookies and Analytics
Meridian15 runs no analytics and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. There is no tag manager, advertising pixel or retargeting script on the site, and nothing measures your visit. The “Are you the answer?” check keeps one cookie and a log of its own checks, both described in section 6. Google Analytics ran here until October 7, 2026 and no longer collects anything. 5. Optional Vimeo Playback
Some pages offer external video hosted by Vimeo. Meridian15 does not open a Vimeo connection until you choose to start playback. After you open the player, Vimeo may receive connection data such as your IP address, browser details, device information, and referring page, and may set third-party cookies or other storage. Vimeo controls that processing under its privacy policy.
6. The Answer Engine Check
The “Are you the answer?” check on our homepage uses the website address you enter and that site’s public content. To run it, we share that address and content with service providers that process it on our behalf, including AI model providers. Your name and contact details are never part of it.
Each result is kept for 90 days so its link keeps working, then deleted. Anyone with the link can open it. To keep the check fair and free, we limit how often it can be run, using a one-way code made from your IP address (the address itself is not stored) and a small cookie, m15_answer (see our Cookie Policy). A security provider may also check that you are a person before a check runs. While a result is on screen, your browser may load fonts from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address and browser details.
We keep a log of each check for 400 days so we can see how the check is used. It holds the website address checked, when, the general location and type of device it came from, any campaign tags in the page’s address, the result, and whether you then contacted us. The log holds no IP address, name or email.
7. Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the inquiry, manage a business relationship, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where consent is the processing basis
- Request a portable copy of eligible data

We use reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
