Q: What's a typical turnaround?

Depends on length and complexity. A first cut on a 30-second spot is usually 3 to 5 working days from receiving footage. A long-form brand film takes longer. We'll give you a real timeline once we see the footage and brief.

Q: How many revision rounds do we get?

Three rounds is standard, more if the project calls for it. Each round gets consolidated feedback so we're not chasing notes from four different inboxes.

Q: Do you only edit footage you shot?

No. Plenty of clients shoot with another team and bring us the footage for post. We just need clean rushes, a brief, and any project-specific assets.

Q: What formats do you deliver in?

Whatever you need. Broadcast masters, web specs, vertical cutdowns for social, square crops, audio stems, the lot. Tell us where it's going to live and we'll make sure the export hits spec.

Q: Can you handle music licensing?

Yes. We work with library providers and composers, and we manage the licensing and clearance for any track we put against your work.

Q: Do you colour grade to match footage from multiple cameras or shoot days?

Yes. Matching the look across cameras, lighting setups, or footage shot on different days is standard colour work here. The goal is one consistent look regardless of how the footage came in.

Q: Can you cut a rough edit before we commit to a full grade and mix?

Yes. A story cut early on is normal, it's how we find the right rhythm before picture lock. Cheaper to change a cut than to redo a graded, mixed sequence.

Q: Do you handle sound design and mix, or just picture?

Both. Sound design, dialogue cleanup, music, and the final mix happen in the same room as the edit and colour, so nothing gets lost in a handoff between vendors.

Five steps from raw rushes to delivered files, with checkpoints you actually want to be at. Rushes get conformed, cut to picture lock, graded for a consistent look, mixed for sound, then mastered and exported to whatever spec the platform needs: broadcast, web, or vertical cutdowns for social.
