Window cleaners who show the price.

Websites for window cleaning companies, built in Calgary. The YYC Window Cleaning site prices its packages by storeys, shows only its own jobs and takes a quote request in about a minute.

02 · THE STANCE

Homeowners hire the crew they can picture on the ladder.

They are comparing two or three local companies on a phone, and the one that says the price, shows real houses and names the people doing the work gets the request. Plenty of window cleaning sites hide all three behind a contact page and a stock photo of a glass tower. A site that answers the price question before it is asked does the selling a phone call used to do.

What a window cleaning website has to do

It prices the job before anyone calls. Packages are set by home size, what each one covers is listed line by line, and a price range sits beside it, so a homeowner knows where their house lands. The quote form asks for the community, the home type, the storeys, a rough window count and the package, so the reply can be a number. Before and after photographs of local houses and the names of the people who show up do the trust work, and the service area is written out by neighbourhood so a homeowner knows they are covered.

YYC Window Cleaning is the live example. Joseph Battad and Darryl Dantas run it across Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks and Chestermere. Their site lists two packages priced by storeys, Premium from $249 and Luxury from $349 for a one-storey home, lets a visitor drag a squeegee across a before and after of a real Calgary house, and ends every screen at a quote form the site says takes about a minute. The site states that every photograph on it is one of their own jobs.

Meridian15 designed and built the site from Calgary as plain static pages. The same structure fits a gutter, exterior or pressure washing company, one priced list, one form that asks for the property, and real jobs. Every build is quoted to its scope in writing before work starts, and the business owns the site outright. See it live at yycwindowclean.ca.

03 · THE WORK

04 · WHAT GETS BUILT

Four things a window cleaning site needs.

Scoped as one build. Each one is live on yycwindowclean.ca.

01

Packages priced by home size

Two or three packages, what each covers line by line, and a price range by storeys. YYC lists Premium and Luxury for one, two and three storey homes, and the window tracks are the only difference between them.

02

A quote form that asks for the house

Community, home type, storeys, a rough window count and the package. With those the owner can reply with a price instead of booking a site visit. YYC’s form asks for exactly that.

03

Their own jobs as proof

Before and after photographs of local houses, shot on the job, with the owners named on the page. YYC’s homepage lets a visitor drag the clean across a real Calgary house.

04

The service area, by community

The quadrants, the towns and the neighbourhoods inside them, written out so a homeowner in Auburn Bay or Kincora knows they are covered. YYC names all four Calgary quadrants and four nearby towns.

05 · ANTI-PATTERNS

What keeps a window cleaning site from booking.

Five mistakes that show up on window cleaning sites. Each one turns a quote request into a phone call nobody has time for.

01

No price anywhere

Homeowners want a ballpark before they hand over a phone number. A range by storeys sets the expectation and filters out the caller shopping for the cheapest bid.

02

Stock photos of glass towers

A homeowner is hiring someone for a house. Photographs of your own jobs on local houses beat any picture of a downtown tower.

03

A form that asks for a message

Name, email and message brings back a question. Storeys, window count, community and package bring back a price.

04

Nobody named

People let the crew into their home. A site that names the owners and says who shows up beats a faceless brand, and it costs nothing.

05

A service area nobody can find

If the towns and neighbourhoods served are not on the page, a homeowner in Cochrane assumes the answer is no and asks the next company.

[ 06 · THE PROCESS ]

How a cleaning site build actually runs.

Four phases with named deliverables. The packages and prices come first, because the form and every page point at them.

01

Audit Wk 1

The packages you sell, your prices, the areas you cover, the photos you have and how quotes arrive now. Out: a written gap report and the scope, quoted as one number.

02

Packages and copy Wk 1-2

Packages written line by line, prices by storeys, the service area by community, and the owners’ page. Out: every page’s copy.

03

Design and build Wk 2-4

Your own job photos, the before and after, the quote form, and a build that loads fast on a phone. Out: a live site you own outright.

04

Launch and search Wk 4+

Google Business Profile pointed at the right pages, schema that matches them, and a count of quote requests by package. Out: numbers you can check.

07 · FAQ

Questions, answered.

Who builds websites for window cleaning companies in Calgary?

Meridian15 does. The studio designed and built the site for YYC Window Cleaning, an owner-operated Calgary company run by Joseph Battad and Darryl Dantas. It lists two packages priced by storeys, shows only their own jobs, and ends every screen at a quote form.

Should a window cleaning company show prices on its website?

Yes, as a range by home size. A homeowner who sees where their house lands asks for a quote already knowing the ballpark. YYC Window Cleaning’s site lists its Premium package at $249 to $329 for a one-storey home and its Luxury package at $349 to $479, with two and three storey homes priced above them.

What should a window cleaning quote form ask?

Enough to price the job without a site visit. YYC’s form asks for the community, the home type, the number of storeys, a rough window count, interior and exterior or exterior only, the package and the timing.

What should a window cleaning website include?

Packages with what each covers and a price range, before and after photographs of your own jobs, the owners’ names, the areas and neighbourhoods you serve, reviews in the customer’s own words, and a quote form on every page. It should load fast on a phone.

Do you build websites for gutter cleaning, pressure washing and exterior cleaning companies?

Yes. The structure is the same, packages priced by home size, real before and after photographs, a form that asks for the property, and the area served. The audit maps it to how your business quotes.

How long does a window cleaning website take?

A simple site launches in 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, and a full redesign of an existing site ships in 4 to 6 weeks.

What does a window cleaning website cost?

Every build is quoted to its scope after a short audit, one fixed number in writing before work starts. Page count, online booking and photography move it. There is no rate card.

Do you work with cleaning companies outside Calgary?

Yes. YYC Window Cleaning and the studio are both in Calgary, but the site, the copy and the search setup ship anywhere in Canada.
