## Before you hire us.

**How do you charge?**

Performance media, SEO, AEO and ongoing creative run on monthly retainers when continuity matters. Web, brand, campaign and production work run on fixed-price scopes tied to deliverables. We quote the structure in the first conversation so you can choose what fits.

**How long does a project take?**

A focused campaign, shoot or landing page can move in 2 to 4 weeks. Larger brand systems, websites, e-commerce builds and multi-part productions usually run 4 to 8 weeks or more. Ongoing media and search work starts with a 3-month operating window. You get the timeline before we start.

**Who actually does the work?**

Senior practitioners with their hands on every account. The person you meet in the pitch is the person shaping the strategy, directing the creative, running the media and reading the data. No offshore subcontractors and no junior-only pods.

**Do you work with brands outside Calgary and Lisbon?**

Yes. We work with brands globally. Two studios, two time zones, one team. Most kickoffs happen on Zoom, and we travel for major launches, productions, brand workshops and quarterly reviews when the work warrants it.

**How does an engagement start?**

Send a brief or book a short call. We map the outcome, the scope, and the timeline, then come back with a written proposal quoted to that scope. Nothing is priced off a rate card, and nothing gets added mid-project without your sign-off.

**How do you measure success?**

We define the outcome before the work starts, then track the measures that prove it. That might be qualified leads, revenue, acquisition cost, conversion, reach or brand lift, depending on the brief. You get clear reporting on what changed, what it means and what we do next.
