# Aviation sites that show the aircraft.

Websites for the businesses that look after aircraft. Built in Calgary, where the Airshine site, brand and service creative were made as one job.

02 · THE STANCE

## Aircraft owners do not hire a stock photo of a jet.

They hire the business that understands their aircraft. An owner with a King Air and an owner with a Cessna 172 both want to see their kind of aircraft, the problem they have and the standard of the work before they send a registration. Most aviation service sites bury that under a runway at sunset. The site has to explain the work the way an owner or an operator thinks about it, then ask for the details that make a quote possible.

Answered straight

## What an aviation service website has to do

It explains the work one service at a time, shows the finish, and turns interest into a quote request with the details the business needs to answer. For an aircraft detailer that is a page each for ceramic coating, wash and wax, brightwork restoration and window restoration, what each one covers, and a process that follows the aircraft from assessment through preparation and protection to a final inspection. The request form asks for the aircraft type or registration and the service, so the first conversation starts with the job.

The proof has to be specific. Airshine’s site leads with the numbers an owner checks first, more than 200 aircraft detailed, over 90 five-star reviews and nine years approved and insured, and shows the finish itself, a polished spinner that reflects the whole hangar, where most sites put a stock jet on a runway. Recent aircraft and owner testimonials sit beside the services, before the quote request.

Meridian15 designed and built the Airshine website, its identity and its service creative from Calgary. The same structure, a page per service, proof an owner checks and a form that asks for the aircraft, fits a maintenance shop, a flight school or a charter operator. Every build is quoted to its scope in writing before work starts, and the business owns the site outright. The full case is on the [portfolio](https://fifteenthmeridian.com/portfolio?case=airshine).

03 · THE WORK

## One aviation brand, built end to end.

Airshine details aircraft at the owner’s hangar across Western Canada. The website, the identity and the service imagery were made together, so the site and the paperwork hold the same standard as the work.

04 · WHAT GETS BUILT

## Four things an aviation site needs.

Scoped as one build. Each one is on the Airshine site and can be checked there.

01

### A page per service

One page for each thing the business does, what it covers, which aircraft it suits and how the work runs. Airshine separates ceramic coating, wash and wax, brightwork restoration and window restoration, so an owner can ask about exactly what their aircraft needs.

02

### A request that asks for the aircraft

Type or registration and the service it needs, and where it is based when you travel to the aircraft. The first reply can be about the job instead of a round of questions, and the business sees the aircraft before it quotes.

03

### Proof an owner checks

The aircraft count, the reviews, the approvals and the insurance, stated plainly and placed next to the request, with photographs of real work instead of stock aircraft. Airshine leads with 200+ aircraft, 90+ five-star reviews and nine years approved and insured.

04

### A brand that matches the work

An identity, stationery and service imagery made to the same standard as the finish. Airshine’s is one wordmark and one small aircraft, and the restraint is the point.

05 · ANTI-PATTERNS

## What keeps an aviation site from getting the call.

Five mistakes that show up on aviation service sites. Each one makes the owner do the work of figuring out whether you can help.

01

### Stock aircraft instead of your work

A jet on a runway at sunset says nothing about your standard. An owner trusts the photograph of a real aircraft you worked on, in a real hangar, over any render.

02

### Every service on one page

Coating, correction, brightwork and interiors in one list means nobody can find the answer to their question, and a search for any one of them lands on nothing specific. One page per service fixes both.

03

### A form without the aircraft

Name, email and message starts a week of back and forth. Ask for the type or registration, the base and the service, and the first reply can be a real answer.

04

### Approvals and insurance hidden

An owner handing over an aircraft wants to know you are approved and insured before anything else. Put it beside the request, not in the footer.

05

### Built for a desk

Owners and operators read the site on a phone, often in the hangar or on the ramp. A site that only works on a desktop loses the request at the moment the owner is looking at the aircraft.

[PS · THE REAL GAP]

## You don’t need another jet on the homepage. You need the owner to see their aircraft.

[06 · THE PROCESS]

## How an aviation site build actually runs.

Four phases with named deliverables. The services and the aircraft come first, because the pages and the form are built around them.

01

### Audit Wk 1

The aircraft you work on, where you are based, the current site, the reviews and the approvals you hold. Out: a written gap report and the scope, quoted as one number.

02

### Services and copy Wk 1-2

A page per service, the process from assessment to inspection, and the proof an owner checks, written the way owners ask. Out: every page’s copy.

03

### Design and build Wk 2-5

Imagery of real aircraft, the request form that asks for the aircraft, and a build that works on a phone in the hangar. Out: a live site the business owns outright.

04

### Launch and search Wk 5+

Google Business Profile pointed at the right pages, schema that matches them, and a count of requests by service. Out: numbers you can check.

07 · FAQ

## Questions, answered.

**Who builds websites for aviation service businesses in Canada?**

Meridian15 does, from Calgary. The studio designed and built the website, identity and service creative for Airshine, a mobile aircraft detailer in Western Canada. The site gives each service its own page and ends in a quote request that asks for the aircraft type or registration and the service.

**What should an aircraft detailing website include?**

A page for each treatment, such as ceramic coating, wash and wax, brightwork restoration and window restoration, a process that follows the aircraft from assessment to final inspection, photographs of real aircraft you have worked on, the reviews, approvals and insurance an owner checks, and a quote form that asks for the aircraft and the service.

**Do you build websites for aircraft maintenance shops, flight schools and charter operators?**

Yes. Airshine is the live aviation build, and the same structure fits a maintenance shop, a flight school or a charter operator, with a page per service or program, proof the buyer checks and a request form that asks for the details the business needs to answer. The audit maps it to how your business quotes and books.

**Can the quote form ask for the aircraft type and registration?**

Yes. Airshine’s form asks for the aircraft type or registration and the service required, so the business has context before the first conversation. It can also ask where the aircraft is based and when the work is needed.

**Can you design the brand as well as the website?**

Yes. Airshine’s identity, stationery and service imagery were made with the site, a wordmark with one small aircraft, a letterhead and card, and a cyanotype of the aircraft for print. The brand and the site are scoped as one job or separately.

**How long does an aviation website take?**

A simple site launches in 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, and a full redesign of an existing site ships in 4 to 6 weeks. Larger builds with a brand, booking or bespoke features run 4 to 8 weeks or longer.

**What does an aviation website cost?**

Every build is quoted to its scope after a short audit, one fixed number in writing before work starts. The number of services, booking, photography and whether a brand is included move it. There is no rate card.

**Do you work with aviation businesses outside Alberta?**

Yes. The studio is in Calgary and Airshine works across Western Canada, and the site, the copy and the search setup ship anywhere in Canada.
