Our story

## Two sides of the same brief.

Meridian15 started in 2020, out of two frustrations that turned out to be the same one. Between us we had spent years inside **Publicis** and **McCann**, making work for brands with real budgets and watching it get diluted on the way to market. We had also built and scaled our own direct-to-consumer brands, buying the media ourselves and living with whatever the creative actually returned.

That is the whole thesis. Creative that has never had to perform gets precious. Performance that has never had to be good gets ugly. We do both, on the same brief, with the same people.

Seven disciplines, one team, based in Calgary and working with brands from emerging to established. Every project gets senior attention because the people who lead the brief stay on the work.

  There is no junior tier to hand your project down to once the pitch is over. The people you meet are the people who do the work, for the whole engagement.

  ### Weekly, not quarterly

  We work in weekly sprints with a monthly review. Briefs come back in days. Campaigns launch when they are ready, not when a timeline says they should be.

  ### Judged on the number

  Every engagement has a number attached before it starts: leads, revenue, cost per acquisition. We optimise against it in flight and report it whether it flatters us or not.
